Most people talk about building generational wealth for their kids, but need to understand the most important part of generational wealth is passing down a generational wealth mindset!

I’ve been teaching my kids about money since the day they were born, & I will continue until the day the good Lord calls me home! This is Ava, my 7 Y/O daughter. I have money conversations with her and her sisters on the daily!

Most people have life long financial troubles because they were never exposed to good money management skills or taught how money is suppose to work. I want to plant good financial seeds into my kids to ensure they are financially literate, & so they can thrive financially for the rest of their lives.

If you’re a parent, it’s your obligation to ensure your kids have a better life than you. One of the best indicators to that happening is ensuring they’re continuously exposed (to the right things of course) & gaining knowledge.

I will break the generational curse of financial struggle off of my family!

Most profitable flip yet, and the most stressful one by far.

Contractor delays. Permitting issues. Unexpected repairs on top of unexpected repairs.
A contractor change mid-project. Failed inspections. In and out of contract. Closing delays.

Basically every way a flip can test you, this one did.

Every house you flip won’t need a full renovation. This is a property that we purchased with the kitchen, bathroom and floors done by the seller. We did some minor repairs, and painted the interior and exterior.

For a long time, this is a mistake that we made in our business. As we talk to more business owners, we see that they’re making the same mistake as well.
.
Most business owners have all of the information and the things that they want to accomplish in their head, and they never share it with their team. Because of that, no one is in alignment, and your business stalls and does not grow. You may also experience team members leaving because they are not clear on the goals or they don’t see themselves growing.
.
Not only do we meet yearly and quarterly with our team, but we also meet weekly & daily with them to give them updates on where we are on the goals that we set for the company. Also, these meetings allows us to hold everyone accountable to the KPI’s that they are responsible for.
.
Once we understood that our business is nothing but a direct reflection of us, that made us grow as leaders. Our team all knows what the vision, mission, core values & goals are for our business.
.
As a team, we are all in alignment and rowing the boat in the same direction, READY TO DOMINATE EVERY MARKET WE SERVE!

Daddy Daughter Weekend 2026! 🏕️ 🔥⛰️

Every year the girls look forward to our weekend glamping trip! This weekend was all about strengthen the relationship, building the connection, and being the fun dad. 😅 No technology allowed. It was good vibes only!
.
So grateful to be able to go on this trip and connect with other like-minded dads. This is what we work hard for; to expose our kids, & create moments they will never forget.
.
Also, shoutout to all the dads on the trip, no one got hurt or lost! 😂😂

If you’re reading this, DO IT SCARED & YES YOU CAN!
.
The first picture is the wire confirmation from the first house we flipped back in 2017. Before we flipped our first house, we had done about 50 wholesale deals.
.
When we flipped this first house, we knew we could do it, but we would be lying if we said we were not scared. Flipping was something new for us that we had no experience in. But we believed in ourselves, stepped out on faith, & did it scared.
.
Thank God that we took that leap of faith because not only did we build confidence in ourselves & learn so much through the process, we made $47,000 net profit on our first flip!
.
Since this house, we’ve flipped hundreds of houses, & have made millions, but it all started with this one. If we can do it, so can you!!
.
Don’t allow fear, someone else’s opinions or insecurities, or any other BS stop you from chasing your dreams!

We are so grateful to everyone that has helped us along the journey, but we had to take action and make it happen ourselves! The only person that can change your life is you!!!!
.

5th Annual Mathis Family Trip!
.
Great time connecting and creating memories with our family. Not everyone was able to make it this year, but the vibes are always unmatched!
.
We work hard and build wealth so that these experiences become the norm for our family! Most people work long hours & say their “WHY” is their family, but most families never see or experience the fruit of that hard work!
