TOKYO MARATHON COMPLETED in time 3.30 rocking it out with my running buddy Ciaran. I’m over the moon that I succeeded with my personal goal I set 7 years ago for becoming the first person to finish all 6 majors before turning 30. I turned 29 on March 2nd 2023 and it’s now a fact that I’m the youngest both male/female ever to achieve this from Denmark (for now). This achievement has taken a lot of discipline during the past years but standing here today, it’s all been worth it and the BIG medal is finally here. A special shout out to Ciaran for his support both today in Tokyo and in training up to this and thanks for all the support to all my beloved people 🥹 Marathons: NEWYORK2016, CHICAGO2017, BOSTON2019, BERLIN2019, LONDON2022 & TOKYO2023✔️ taken in TOKYO Marathon 2026 by @matildesandgaard

BLK.LAB11 — 1 YEAR 🖤

One magical evening. One year of BLK.LAB11.

Walking down memory lane, it’s crazy to think that a whole year has already passed. A year of movement, connection, unforgettable moments — and most importantly, GOOD ENERGY.

Yesterday, we started the celebration.
Good people and outstanding energy.
Everything we love, gathered in one place.

We’re beyond grateful for the love and support we’ve felt from day one — from everyone who believed in us, showed up, moved with us and became part of the BLK.LAB11 journey.

This first year wouldn’t have been the same without you.

Thank you for being part of our story.
One year down. So much more to come. ♾️

GOOD ENERGY ALWAYS WINS. 🖤 taken in Kronprinsessegade by @matildesandgaard

Perfekt findes ingen steder. Og måske handler det heller ikke om perfekt — men om at mærke nok til at vide, at det, man gør, stadig føles rigtigt 🖤 taken in Kronprinsessegade by @matildesandgaard

BEHIND THE SCENES: SNEAK PEEK 🎙️

Our founder recently headed to the Viaplay studio to join @carolinerossmeisel from @karriereklubben and two other entrepreneurs for an open conversation on building a business.

They shared the highs, the lows, and the real-life experiences that come with navigating the journey of entrepreneurship. It’s a deep dive into what it actually takes to build something from the ground up.

The cameras were rolling, so you’ll be able to watch the full podcast episode very soon.

Stay tuned! We can’t wait for you to see this one 🖤 taken in Copenhagen by @matildesandgaard
