Life is short. Slap it on the arse and hang on.

After 25 years 🇦🇺 🇸🇬, I’m on my way back to London 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, closely followed by my wife, Ned and two tiny fur kids 🐾.

HYROX is moving at pace and it’s hard to believe it’s already been 4 years since I was given the honour of building a team in ANZ.

And what a team. Family 💕

The same is true when I reflect on the global team ❤️- the depth of talent, passion and focus continues to fill my cup. Simply awesome.

So many exciting ‘things’ coming up. To Ned, thank you for being game for anything 🙈 You’re a legend!

Hyrox Sydney. So many things to say ♥️

But starting here… An (unofficial) divisional win for Ray and I alongside a PB.

And these legends were cheerleading the whole way (along with the Head Judges and Judges at every station + a lot of MC love on the wall balls) - THE best feeling (and only one yellow card!)🥹 taken in Sydney by @matlockofficial

We wrapped the HYROX Elite 15 Season tonight.

It’s a privilege to share the journey with 90 of the world’s most impressive athletes.

And it’s an equal privilege to share the race floor with these amazing humans who uphold the standard under pressure in an environment that is very public, fast and unforgiving.

I take none of this or any of them for granted ♥️ taken in Stockholm, Sweden by @matlockofficial

When I suggested to the team that we run the footage from Phoenix through the AI software we’re testing… this wasn’t what I had in mind 🤣 taken in Phoenix, Arizona by @matlockofficial

From the deserts of Phoenix to the coolness of kiwi heaven 🪄

Time for bump out and brunch with the ANZ fam who delivered four fabulous days of racing over the weekend (proud dad moment 🥰).

Then… a spot of scouting of a second location in this glorious country 🇳🇿
