Another amazing transformation 💪 Stefan’s goal was to be able to do 4 full unsupported pull ups as part of his army entry requirements. We started with -50 kg supported pull ups and after just around 2 months he smashed 5 clean reps on his own. On top of that we dropped some extra weight, got stronger and fitter. The main goal was building strength – the physique here is just a bonus. I’m super proud of him and couldn’t be happier with his progress 👏🔥 by @matt.bazyluk
