Crispy pork belly tacos 🤌🏻Pork belly seasoned with @blazingstarbbq porkn rub on the meat side, salt on the skin side and put into the fridge on a wire rack for 48 hours. Cooked low and slow with @jealousdevilcharcoalLump and blox for about 4 hours. Flipped to skin side down and scorching hot heat until the skin was beautifully crispServed in tacos with a homemade creamy red salsa, picked onions and cilantro.
