🚨 LIVE ON RADIO 1 ACROSS NOVEMBER 🚨

November just got a lot more fun... - really pleased to be presenting Friday Early Breakfast (5-7am) this month on BBC Radio 1.

So if you're up early on Fridays this month, I'd appreciate your company on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th, just before @greg_james at breakfast!

🚨 HEAR ME ON BBC RADIO 1 ANTHEMS 🚨

AAAHH! So excited to say I'm with the anthems family all across April! Getting to play all the songs I grew up with, and the ones I belt out (quite off key) at karaoke... - It really is the best playlist!

Thanks to Aled and the team for giving me this opportunity. And a special shout-out to producer extraordinare, @domstirling - who has had to put up with so much of my voice across the sessions 😂😅, and been a brilliant guide.

I bloody love radio, and feel so lucky to be able to do this, a mini me's dream come true. You can catch the anthems stream on BBC Sounds, or by asking your smart speaker to play 'Radio 1 Anthems'.

First show goes out Wednesday 2nd April, 8am on Anthems (or 2am on @bbcradio1 if you're a night owl) - And then of course, available on demand when you want it!

Best Presenter and Best Chart show - Two golds at the #SRAs and a night I will not forget for a long long time..

Deciding to head to my local radio station and give it a whirl 5 years ago is turning out to be a pretty bloody good choice...

yes - it's another end of 2025 post blah blah blah

one photo* from every month of the year, in a year that's changed my life

graduated uni, moved to london, got a new job, presented live on radio 1, handing over to greg james (?!?).

made new friends, new colleagues and memories that will last on and on and on
