Results like these don’t come from luck They come when hard work meets the right systems, guidance and direction. The results you’re about to see in this post aren’t guaranteed, & the OC isn’t a magic pill to success. Every coach featured here was all in. They have worked hard, implemented relentlessly, and showed the aggressive patience it takes to achieve real, lasting results. If you’re ready to build a business you’re proud of, DM me OPTIMISED21 and I’ll send you all the deets. MP ✌🏻🦚 by @matt_optimise

Disclaimer: this is an appreciation post for Matt So if that alone has you dry heaving, now’s your cue to keep scrolling 😂 At our last event, I think it was the first time I’ve seen him properly take a step back and take stock of everything he’s built And I hope it goes without saying how incredibly proud I am of him But what got me emotional when chatting to @joerobinson_fbc & @rach_fsfcoaching (soz guys 😂) was just how much genuine appreciation there was for Matt as a person between the coaches who came Not just for what he’s built It’s obviously a huge privilege that so many coaches trust Matt with their businesses and ultimately their livelihoods But it’s also an enormous responsibility, one he doesn’t take lightly And one that often comes at a huge personal cost With sacrifices that very few people get to see 🪫 OC’s values of discipline, pride & integrity aren’t just three buzzwords he came up with when creating the “brand” He genuinely lives and breathes them every day in every area of his life The bloke does not stop He shows up regardless of what’s going on personally Because he genuinely gives a shit about the people who’ve put their trust in him Good enough is never good enough in his weird old noggin And on top of that, he’s generous to a fault With his money, time, energy and knowledge If he believes in you, he’ll pour absolutely everything into helping you Even when that comes at a cost to him He doesn’t do any of it for the acknowledgement But it was pretty epic to see so many of our clients recognise in him what I get to see every day 🏴‍☠️ Could low-key be posting this because I’m in the bad books for having a bump in the car yesterday hehe But it’s true all the same 🖤 by @matt_optimise
