This has been the year of couples choosing untraditional routes, celebrations, and gatherings that reflect their true selves, and it’s got me thinking.

Maybe the future of weddings and gatherings of love is evolving.

Maybe thinking of weddings as curated experiences is where it’s at. Whether it’s just the two of you, or two hundred of your loves!

Uplifting your community and providing space to create memories together is an incredible start to a marriage.

For Mik + Matt, they put together a campy, outdoor retreat wedding in the thick of an almost 250 year old farm and nature preserve in the middle of the White Mountains. The venue, The Preserve at Chocorua, allowed for 70 of their guests to live on site for their wedding weekend! Adult Sleepaway Camp! Eee! With a huge cookout, pristine lake swims, and a massive, amazing FIELD DAY, their wedding was so unique and the best kind of madness! Even the downpour and rain did not stop their joy!

Whatever your ideas are for your perfect day, whether it’s a hike into a wild space that fills your souls, or a full-on long weekend filled with 70 of your favorite human beings, a shit-ton of games and cold lake-swims, I am eager to learn what genuinely reflects YOU and then get to work creating something completely aligned.

Ps. Chocorua is an Algonquin word meaning “rocky home of the water serpent” 💛
