Matt Rogers (@matt_rogersss) stepped right into NBA Summer League and made everyone take immediate notice. 6’9” with a quick first step and even quicker release, Matt shot 52% from the floor and 50% from deep in Vegas with the Sixers - just further evidence of what kind of player he is. (Don’t forget that Matt’s the only player in the *40-year history of the Patriot League* to score more than 1,800 points, pull 750 rebounds, and shoot 55% FG.)

Matt can shoot it (obviously), handle, create advantages slashing off the ball, beat you in transition, and he even makes the right reads facilitating. Too big for 3s, too athletic for 4s and 5s - a matchup nightmare.

Keep your eye on Matt as he enters his first full season as a pro... by @matt_rogersss

Happy birthday to the most beautiful soul I’ve ever known my French-Moroccan queen, my rock, my everything. Your love, strength, warmth, and crazy silliness have changed my life in ways I’ll never be able to put into words. You’ve been by my side through every high and low, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I can’t wait to spend forever with you laughing, loving, and being ridiculous together. Here’s to the most special person I know. Je t’aime pour toujours taken in Washington D. C. by @matt_rogersss

Pleased to welcome Matt Rogers (@matt_rogersss) to @dml__ltd! Matt just wrapped up an historic career with @au_mbasketball where he was a three-time All-Patriot League selection, a two-time All-NABC selection, and the only player in the Patriot League’s 40-year history to score more than 1,800 points, pull more than 750 rebounds, and shoot at least 55% FG for his career. And, he saved the best for last. In 2024-25, Matt was:

-the only player in all of D-I to average 17 PPG and 6 RPG on at least 56% FG and 40% 3-FG. ✅

-a finalist for the Lou Henson Award (given annually to the top mid-major player in college basketball). ✅

-First-Team All-Patriot League. ✅

-Patriot League Tournament MVP. ✅

-the unquestioned leader of American which advanced to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Patriot League championship for the first time in over a decade. ✅

The evidence is clear: Matt is a leader and a winner. His future is bright. by @matt_rogersss
