I had the honor of joining the panel at Design Healdsburg with Brooke Sevenau of Studio 7 Design and Matt Sevenau of Compass, moderated by Lauren Mangrum of Ceramic Tile Center. Builder, designer and realtor at one table, talking through how a luxury home actually gets made, from the first look at the land to the day the client walks in.

We got into when to bring each person onto a project, how to tell a client no, where you can and can’t cut corners, and why the earlier the whole team is involved, the better the home turns out.
