Reaching 500 views on this Instagram reel from a visit to Aslan Coffee in The Rocks is such a special milestone. Thank you, Erita, for recommending ASLAN Coffee and for such a beautiful morning spent together in The Rocks.

This place is hidden amongst the historic laneways of The Rocks, ASLAN Coffee brings together Sydney charm and Indonesian coffee heritage. This is the perfect spot to slow down, savour great coffee and soak up the atmosphere. ☕🇮🇩

My visit was delightful, with a perfectly crafted almond milk cappuccino that was smooth, rich and comforting from the very first sip. ☕️

The Ultimate Avocado was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, featuring creamy smashed avocado, juicy cherry tomatoes, fetta, crisp radish, tangy pickled onions, toasted schiacciata, fragrant coriander and mint salad, pickled chilli, and a perfectly poached egg that brought everything together beautifully. 🥑

The charming atmosphere, delicious food and excellent coffee made for a memorable start to the day, but the wonderful conversation and shared moments made it even more special. It was one of those mornings that felt unhurried and effortless, filled with great company, great flavours and plenty of reasons to smile. I was so grateful for the recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed discovering this gem. ☕🥑✨

It was a steaming ramen feast at Hakata Gensuke in Sydney. They delivered comfort in every slurp.

The Signature Tonkotsu impressed me with its rich, collagen packed pork bone broth and creamy foam that showcased true ramen craftsmanship.

The Black Tonkotsu Plus was layered with black sesame, fragrant fried garlic, double chashu, egg and seaweed into a broth packed with depth and flavour.

The warm, friendly and welcoming service made the experience even more memorable. 🍜

My visit to Olivia by Fave in Potts Point featured a beautifully crafted almond milk cappuccino enjoyed in a warm, stylish setting.
