Great being able to feature the @dadleticsrunclub this morning. Every Thursday at 5:30am, these guys gather to not just push themselves on the Upper Arlington track, but in all areas of life with the help and support of this community. And it's not "just" for dads. It's truly open to all! by @mattbarnsie

The Palace Theatre is 100 years old! So cool to celebrate this milestone by going to areas I've never seen before. And you can to! @capacolumbus is hosting an open house at the Palace on Saturday, 9/26 from 1-5pm. Check out one of the crown jewels of Columbus! by @mattbarnsie

Give blood. Save lives. Get snacks. It’s that easy.

There’s an urgent need for blood right now so if you can, spare an hour and help replenish the blood supply so the @americanredcross can respond to emergencies when they happen! by @mattbarnsie

This. Is. 40.

Grateful for all the kind words on my birthday. Grateful for a loving wife, family and loyal friends. Grateful for the memorable experiences I’ve had and amazing places I’ve been. Grateful to be able to make a positive impact on my community. Grateful that God has blessed me in so many ways.

Hoping this next decade is the best one yet. Hakuna Matata. by @mattbarnsie

Humbled to be voted Best Male TV Anchor from the readers of @columbusmonthly. And even happier to see so many of my NBC4 colleagues on the list as well.

It’s never lost on me that I get to cover my hometown. And to have done it for 16 years already is wild. I love ya Columbus. taken in Columbus, Ohio by @mattbarnsie
