🎨✨ Murals of Greenville: A Matteo Miles Scavenger Hunt ✨🎨

Greenville, it’s time to play art detective! 🕵️‍♀️
Local artist Matteo Miles has been painting the town in color, from dreamy surrealism to bold realism in spots you walk past every day. With 20 years of painting experience and a love for bringing communities together, Matteo’s murals celebrate everything from local culture to nature and pure imagination.

Here’s your challenge:
🔍 Follow the clues below.
📸 Find each mural.
📲 Snap a photo & tag @matteomilesmurals with #OffTheGridGreenville for a chance to be featured or reshared.

Clues:
1️⃣ Where you don’t need a room key, living a little opens the door with a lot to explore in the heart of downtown greenville.
2️⃣ In heat and haze you unwind, Greenville’s gems hide in ink you’ll find.
3️⃣ Where music plays and paddles swing, these colors make the park sing.
4️⃣ Don’t have to go far for some fine wine, just let her know you’re here to fine dine. taken in Greenville, South Carolina by @matteomilesmurals

🦾Finished strong with this custom installation on some gorgeous concrete in Palm Beach, FL 🌴 for a client’s private gym. I was a little rusty with the spray can after the last few brush projects and honestly feeling near the end of my rope this month toward the last stretch but it all came together in the end 👏🏽

I’m such a sucker these monochromatic pieces keep them coming!
Looking forward to seeing how the client pieces together the space once it’s all complete 🖤 taken in Palm Beach, Florida by @matteomilesmurals

🎨Behind the scenes at SJWD Water District Conference Room for this panoramic landscape to expand the space. I absolutely love a blended brush mural especially when I can emphasize on a monochromatic scale. Really enjoyed highlighting all the best features that SJWD takes care in preserving for the community! Until next time 🫡😎🌟 taken in Spartanburg, South Carolina by @matteomilesmurals

Finished up this panoramic, hand-painted monochromatic landscape inside the SJWD Water District meeting room in Spartanburg, SC 🌳 🌟
The piece highlights their main campus, landmark infrastructure like the Berry Shoals bridge, Lake Cooley and the daily stewardship that preserves our local waterways and surrounding landscape🌱
Grateful for the opportunity to translate their mission and community footprint into large-scale art 🫡😎 taken in Spartanburg, South Carolina by @matteomilesmurals

Spot the landmark 👀 Proud to deliver this custom mural for @harper_gc’s new Support Services & XS Group office 🌟
This detailed map landscape is a tribute to Harper’s footprint in Greenville, showcasing their contribution to sites like Unity Park, Cancer Survivor Park, and their own office facilities.

While the space continues renovation I can’t wait to see how it looks when it’s fully furnished. It’s always a joy to work with a team that contributes so much to making Greenville so beautiful 🌳Thank you for another great project 👷🏻‍♂️💪🏽 taken in Greenville, South Carolina by @matteomilesmurals

Beat the heat this week with a backyard upgrade ☀️ 🎨
Wrapped this custom mural for a 1931 Spanish Revival residential pool bar 💦 The mural honors that heritage by pulling from a traditional terracotta palette pulling from the original textile designs of the home with a fresh contemporary look for the entire space🏡

🎯Let’s collaborate on a piece that brings out the best in your poolside space this Summer I’ll bring the Coronas 😎 taken in Los Angeles, California by @matteomilesmurals

Mural glow-up for @sum.bar.gvl ✨🎨

I wanted to create something that felt both deeply rooted in tradition and completely modern for the cool-toned dining room. The layered lattice pattern over my signature abstract pattern completely transforms this space 🫡🥟

Go grab some amazing dim sum and check it out for yourself 🥢

A fresh new wall for @sum.bar.gvl 🥟✨

When updating this space, the goal was to blend the cool-toned energy of the dining room with a nod to traditional Chinese lattice through this architectural window🔮

Go check it out for yourself when you try their new lunch menu 😎🥢
