SensiVenezia draws on the memory and artisanal heritage of Venice, translating the identity and atmosphere of the lagoon into a contemporary design language.

Clay before it becomes a surface. Colour before it becomes atmosphere. Lava before it becomes texture.⁣
Ceramic is studied by hand before it is drawn: the grain, the weight, the depth of a matte finish. The point where a surface stops decorating a space and starts building it.⁣
⁣
This is how our collections for Florim were born. Sensi, SensiTerre, SensiColore, SensiEtna: Italian clays, colour drawn from the landscape, Etna lava.⁣

An apartment in Milan, reimagined through mid-century motifs. A residence carved into the hillside above Merano, wrapped in stone and vineyard. Rooms in Prague designed for longer stays, where privacy meets shared, social space. And on the shores of Lake Chiemsee, a retreat of timber and glass — recently awarded a MICHELIN Key.⁣

On Island of the Roses, in the Venetian lagoon, a masterplan reorganized around the green that was already there.⁣
⁣
Existing buildings restored piece by piece, without disturbing the walls that held their history. A canal reopened to let water move through the island again.⁣
⁣
Local brick, glass, mirrors: nothing that the lagoon didn't already know.⁣
⁣
Not a resort placed on the landscape, but one shaped by it. Three zeros as the measure: zero km, zero CO2, zero waste.⁣

Before drawing a line, we listen: to the light, the landscape, the story of a place.⁣
⁣
Solana Village, our ongoing project in Yangyang-gun, South Korea, brings a Mediterranean atmosphere to the shores of the Pacific Ocean: a new piece of waterfront where residences, a beach house and a central plaza flow into one another, following the slope of the land and the path of water down to the sea. All held together by a timber pergola recalling the shape of stylized trees — not just shade, but the identity of the place.⁣

Built to touch the ground lightly.⁣
Wind, pine trees and light shape our outdoor architecture more than any drawing ever could. A beach house on the Costa Smeralda, a camping village among the pines of Punta Sabbioni, a nomadic home named after the sun.⁣
Three landscapes, one idea: architecture that steps back and lets the place lead.⁣

Seadeck 9, a project that reinterprets contemporary yachting through timeless design, understated elegance, and a deep commitment to well-being.⁣

Designed for @azimut_yachts by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez in collaboration with albertomanciniyachtdesign, it is the most evolved expression of the Seadeck series.⁣
Natural light, responsible materials, and a seamless dialogue between interiors and the surrounding seascape define an experience where the boundary between architecture and nature gently disappears. by @matteothun

Water doesn't decorate a landscape. It reflects it.⁣
⁣
High in the Dolomites, a pool framed by timber and silence faces the peaks. On Lake Lucerne, water and forest meet under a canopy of glass. On Lago Maggiore, an infinity edge dissolves into the lake below. On Lake Garda, a new deck opens onto hills and shoreline — open-air living built around the view.⁣

Where the water ends and the landscape begins is a line we prefer not to draw.⁣
