405 baby!!!!!

Today I hit a Lifetime PR goal (23 years old). Ever since I started lifting in high school (thanks @pankratovrodion😉), I’ve always loved the bench press and being pretty strong at it. Today I conquered 405 lbs, a benchmark I had set a while back and planned to hit before I got married. Crazy enough though I was able to hit this weight today and I couldn’t be more stoked!!!

3 years ago, I had the chance to meet @fbaftermath at a Vasa fitness in Denver. He filmed my first ever attempt at 315 lbs and posted it to his YouTube channel. While I failed the rep, I was determined to keep trying and pushing myself to new limits. Now that I’ve hit 405 lbs, time for a new lifetime goal of 495 lbs 😈
