i missed being able to post and wish my sister, my bestfriend, the person who has ALWAYS been there for me no matter the time, distance, or circumstance a happy birthday because my dumbass thought trying to take underwater pictures with my phone would work 😂

on 12/29, i received my first dose of the pfizer vaccine. on 1/19, i received my second dose. i am so excited to be one step closer to ending this pandemic and returning to normal life again. i know tons of people are against receiving this vaccine, but i want to say one thing: we have trusted science for decades and we have trusted our physicians for decades. i know a lot of people are afraid of getting this vaccine, specifically our african american community because of the horrendous tuskegee “studies” that took place, but please have faith that although there are so many racial injustices taking place in our country right now, please have faith that our physicians around the world won’t allow something like that to ever take place again. i ask everyone that is scared to receive the vaccine to do their research (from credible sources!!) and ask the healthcare providers about it that you have undeniable trust in! let’s all do our part to end this pandemic. #trustscience #stopcovid #stopthespread #educateandvaccinate #endcovid #vaccinate #frontlineworkers #frontlinehealthcareworkers #healthcareheroes #healthcare #healthcareworkers #racialinjustice @atriumhealth @levinechildrens taken in Atrium Health by @mattgorr
