California, here we come! by @matthewbogue

Gonna miss these nerds! Every Tuesday for the past several years I’ve been playing bball with these guys (some not in the pic). It’s been a fun group for this old guy to hoop it up with! Competitive, but not TOO competitive if you know what I mean. Cheers to bball Tuesdays!!! 🏀🙏🏽 by @matthewbogue

The last few days have been pretty fun getting our house ready to rent with some fresh paint! Projects like these make me appreciate our home so much, and also make me ask the question, “Why the hell didn’t we do this sooner?!” But our renter will definitely appreciate the new vibes! T minus five days till we leave for Cali!!! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!! 🌴✨🤘🏽 by @matthewbogue

#unifestforlife by @matthewbogue

Moving out of this office brings everything full circle. Looking back to when I first unlocked this door, I was carrying so much uncertainty, about my business, navigating life in Spokane, and figuring out my next steps.

Countless late nights were spent between these four walls dreaming, scheming, and rebuilding. This space became my sanctuary, a place where I could quiet the noise, let my creativity flow, and keep my vision alive.

As I pack up, the biggest takeaway isn’t just what I built here, but learning to truly believe in myself through the process.

To anyone in the thick of uncertainty: keep going. Life will always throw curveballs, but your belief in yourself and your vision will always pull you through. Cheers to the memories, the growth, and whatever comes next as we move our adventure life down to San Diego, CA! 🙏🏽✨ by @matthewbogue

Ok my loves,

Many of you already know….

But it’s time to tell you all.

We have big news…

When I was a little tiny Stephie in my yellow bedroom in Kamloops, BC, I would lay on the floor and color palm trees and the ocean and the sun….and say one day I am going to California….I always dreamed of that drive🏝️

Two years ago Matt and I received a little nudge…and SoCal started calling….

At first we thought it was long beach, CA…

Then we went there and felt, nah. thats not it. We explored Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and came *THIS* close to saying yes to a place in Costa Mesa….

Last November, I was invited to DJ at Women’s event in San Diego….for 4 days…I felt a feeling of SOUL HOME that I can only describe as feeling the most ALIVE + INSPIRED. On my last day there, sitting alone in a brunch place overlooking the makers market, I called Matt and said, we are moving here! Something unlocked for me.

Last December we lost our precious Moon Baby kitty, and in the unravelling of sheer heartbreak we both received a clear message from his spirit. Now, you can go. You have to go. We bawled, and agreed to listen.

It’s been almost a year…and today these showed up in our driveway…

My lifelong dream is coming true….

This dream is not without heartache, a little guilt, and the kind of twitter-pated fear that stirs in our bellies before taking a trusting leap into a life that stretches us…

But. Who are we to not find out what’s on the other side of this road trip I’ve wanted to take my entire life?

Who knew that source would orchestrate me falling in love at a festival with an American boy, and that would eventually lead me to my California dream?

I did not plan for this. I just kept following the next ✨YES✨

And, I am lit up to discover what happens from here.

850 BEECH ST, SAN DIEGO, here we come!

We will miss our Spokane fam beyond words, but we do not see this as a goodbye…we see it as a bridge, between here and there. So please, keep us on your hearts, in the text thread, and in your plans. We promise to do the same. We LOVE YOU forever.

These plants mean a lot to us, and they have been with us for many years. They carry with them the high vibe loving energy of UNIFEST, MOON WILD STUDIO, and the love that Matt and I share for business, life and each other. Take a piece of us, before we go, and help us fund our new plant fund since we can’t transport these babies to California, as much as we would love to.

Which one do you love?
