What a final day for our #WellaREDFamily in Seoul 🇰🇷✨

We spent the day learning from some incredible voices in our industry, starting with Pavlos Divitaris, @lyndalsalmon and Mirella Heuperman on Building a Culture of Creativity at BIBA. So many brilliant insights on people, education, creative growth and building a nurturing salon culture 👏 We then heard from Faye Redfern on how AI tools can help salons work smarter, be more productive and free up time for creativity, clients and team connection 💫

To bring everything together, our #WellaREDFamily mapped out a 12-month AI development plan, turning this week’s ideas and inspiration into actions they can take back to their salon businesses 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️

And of course, we couldn’t end #WellaRedForum26 without one last celebration! The Ultimate K-Pop Party was full of amazing energy, surprise performances, and delicious Korean street food 🕺🪩

I would like to give a heartfelt gamsahamnida / thank you to all of our salon partners that attended this year, embracing the business sessions, the events, the themes, and each other with open hearts and open minds.

Day 3 of #WellaRedForum26 was full of big ideas and Seoul inspiration 💫

Steve Sammartino opened up the conversation on AI, technology and business, helping our #WellaREDFamily think about how the industry is changing and what that means for salons across ANZ 👏🏼

We then heard from Seumus Cooney on WellAI and how we are looking at new ways to support salon businesses now and into the future ❤️

The afternoon took us to Seongsu for an inspiration tour full with retail trends, creative spaces and vibrant Seoul energy 🇰🇷 Then, we ended the day with a lovely #MakeItYou dinner at an incredible Michelin Guide restaurant, followed by a fun night at the Myeongdong Night Markets ✨

We started the day with powerful business sessions, discovering what’s next with Wella across Marketing and Education, and how we continue supporting our community ❤️

We then had an amazing session and workshop with Dr Nici Sweaney @ai_herway, who shared practical insights on how salons can think differently, work smarter and stay ahead 👏🏼

Finally, we ended the day in the beautiful Samcheonggak, celebrating Korean culture with our #WellaREDFamily 🇰🇷
