Some songs purely Exist to Bring up feelings and emotions felt in private! A lost Love hidden in one’s mental state that someone can’t express through their own words but this songs hits my VEry SOUL on how I felt or had to get over her! God only knows I tried to be the Guy if her dreams and more! But sometimes in life the one you Truly Desire or Treasure couldn’t LOVE You back! Only 3 times in life that I felt a SOULMATE of Pure LOVE, but it wasn’t in Gods plan for US! I’m still healing ❤️‍🩹 because this song reminded me of Her! 🖤💚😔💔♾️🌷🧡🐕‍🦺 💔🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏽🏃🏻‍♂️❤️‍🩹♾️❤️‍🔥

Keep 🙏🏽!!!

Hers my race! I stopped my Nike & Strava apps too late so it calculated later 🤦🏽‍♂️! But I still had a good race! The trail has more hills then expected 😳, but benefits me more later for my training Olin the long run! My mom twisted her ankle 😢 so she didn’t make it. She’s ok, resting in my care before our drive back! This was my 3rd @champsrunclub 5K in San Antonio this time around! Had a blast and looking for the next Race 😎!

Well, she did it! She actually ran during her walk and surprised me when I saw her because I didn’t realize she was almost done! She did her 3 miles in an hour! I’m gonna have to give her one of my Apple Watches to track her progress on Saturday! Very proud of you Mom and yes I rewarded her with a treat meal 😉! Resting Friday and back at it Saturday morning!
