Francesca aka “Frankie” Victoria is finally here. Our beautiful rainbow girly was sent to us from our own personal guardian angel. In honor of my husband’s nonna Francesca looking over us our entire pregnancy journey start to finish it was only right we honored her namesake. Our heart has truly never loved till now. Thank you nonna for keeping her & I safe and healthy start to finish and making her literally perfect. I hope you’re smiling down from heaven knowing you sent her to us ironically on Matthew’s first Father’s Day. (I prayed it on weekly). 2016 was a year of newness. Living on my own in NYC. First big boy job working w/ brands I’ve always dreamed of like Budweiser, Trident, Pepsi. Meeting people I looked up to as a kid. Traveling for work non-stop living out of a small suitcase. If I could go back in time, I’d do it all over again but maybe less alcohol 😂 by @matthewligotti

The biggest game-changer in business? Trust. If you’re constantly micromanaging, you’re capping your own growth. Hire the right people, trust them to do their thing, and give them the space to learn from mistakes. But if they’re not growing or taking ownership, it might not be the right fit—and that’s okay.
