POSTS STORIES REELS

Flamingo County is out everywhere!!!

What a journey it’s been for this one. I started writing some of these songs almost 5 years ago. Almost 3 years ago, my wife encouraged me to give it my all and go for it. We wrapped tracking a little more than 2 years ago. And now, after all the work behind the scenes, she’s here for you in all her glory.

I’ve been a part of multiple albums and EPs, but this was the first time I took full control of everything and made it happen my way. I’ve never been more proud to share of a collection of songs, and am in love with the pictures / videos that we made to celebrate the music.

A complete team effort was made on this release, and I called on literally my best friends to help bring it to life. Had my guys step up and play the parts I envisioned for them, and I think it added to some beautiful variety throughout the whole album. Much love to:

@brycerivera75 - Co-Producer / Engineering / Mixing

@jessecannon - Mastering

@micahdavidroth - Drums, Pre-Production, Engineering (Radio Clips)

@catfishcallahan - Lead Guitar

@iamnormancollins - Lead Guitar

@maverick_hogan - Lead Guitar

@casey_paul_newton - Bass (His 3 songs are by far the best bass playing on the album…)

@evaneliason - Organ

@gstarrjr - The voice of Flamingo County radio

@sarah_baarns - Photography

@aaronmarshmusic - Videography

@thevanguardroom - Studio

All I can ask is that you give it a listen and share it with your friends. I hope you take all that you can from this one, and I hope it helps you live with that Flamingo County state of mind.

Much love to all by @matthewlowry711

Coming For You

I had the idea for this video before I had even tracked the song. I knew I wanted this fun Jackass style Florida Olympics type thing, and I’m so glad it came to life.

Much love to my boy @aaronmarshmusic for shooting/directing/editing this one! He handled both videos for this album, and I am so grateful to call him friend.

Please enjoy, and if you like what you see remember that sharing on your socials goes a long way. Thanks!

Prepare to get in that Flamingo County state of mind… by @matthewlowry711

Finding ways to get in all the practice I can for @lkldindiebash at @unionhallevents next Saturday, Mar 1st. Come see me escape fatherhood for a night and we can rock out with Lakeland’s finest. (Sybil will be in bed before we play, so she sadly can’t play the shaker…) by @matthewlowry711

I’m so very tired…

The boys are back…

It’s been almost a year since our last show, and since then I’ve become a dad, lost 40 lbs, and spent quite a few months dealing with some real health issues, so my bad on the delay… Now however, our return is imminent, and we couldn’t think of a better event to return with than Day One of this king sized @lkldindiebash at @unionhallevents

Stoked to share the stage with some of our true Lakeland homies, and stoked to see y’all there… by @matthewlowry711
