Hi! I haven't done an intro post in a very long time.
I'm Matty, and I'm a piercer at @redloontattoo ✨️
I have been piercing for about 12 years now, and I love doing a wide range of piercings. My favorites are large gauge things, industrials, and funky cartilage stuff!
I have lots of experience working with unique anatomical restraints, so that just makes me a good fit for finding something that will work for your body long term/heal well. I am also well versed in adult piercings, and have a portfolio for such (you just gotta ask for it in person!).

A fun fact about me is that I have a degree in jewelry fabrication, so I'm SUPER familiar with what makes a gem or a piece of jewelry top quality. ✨️ I am also a bit of a jewelry nerd and love talking about the history of bodily adornment. I collect old jewelry and artifacts, and have a few historical pieces that I'm very stoked about.

Outside of piercing you can find me at home with my cats playing cozy games, or out at a show supporting the local music scene. Never be afraid to say hi!

As always, you can see my work here on instagram, if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out anytime!
