Another sad loss in the drumming world today. Clem Burke, long standing drummer of, Blondie, passed away today. He was a real inspiration to me as a young kid learning to play. His power & delivery was second to none.
Sadly, I never I got meet Clem, but I did get to see him play with Blondie at The Roundhouse a few years back, & he was good !!!
This picture means an awful lot to me as Clem’s thumb looks as though he’s giving me the heads up on the @remopercussion head that I, along with many other fab drummers, signed for charity.
A great honour be on the head too 🙏

It’s with a heavy heart that I’m posting this. Yesterday, Rick ( Paul ) Buckler, The Jam’s Drummer, passed away ~ I got to know Paul when we played a charity gig at, The 02 London Arena, together a few years back ~ He was a top drummer, great company, but above all, a really nice guy to be around.
