Golden hour looks good on everyone.

But especially yall.

@thediningcollectivenyc and @grizzlymikeofficial both absolutely cooked, in their own ways, at our sundowner last month. And after their rigorous testing, we can confirm escabeche and duck reuben flatbreads pair perfectly with atmospheric funk and disco remixes.

Last weekend was some of the most fun I’ve ever had in the kitchen, and it was surreal to see our food served on plates I made.

Tremendous shoutout to everyone that made this @little.poutine come together so beautifully, but especially to the BoH crew led by @chefpungello @chefausten & @rickithbobbith

A big thank you @marcos.schneider.ortiz for hosting and to @elieyork & @luttermaneats for having us all along for the ride.

And finally, thank you to everyone who came to support @little.poutine

Until next time!! taken in Brooklyn, New York by @mattmohhr

A full minute of Duncan from Chebangus. He is a very good boarder, a very cool guy and is very core. He likes really stupid trucks tho:/
