Meeting @danieldalen felt like a full circle moment.
Someone I’d watched, learned from, respected — and now?

Sharing teppanyaki and jokes in real life.
It reminded me of the kind of impact I want to create.

Genuine online. Even more genuine in person.

Later we surprised a close friend that night —
one of those rare people who deserves a bit of magic.

We didn’t plan a “perfect” night.
We just showed up — completely unorganised haha, ruining the surprise.

And it turned into one of the best.

Business is cool. But connection?
That’s what leaves a mark. by @mattphxm

Comment "FAKE" and I'll send you how I made this.

The Nothing Pro isn't real.

Claude made the whole thing. Zero ports, zero grams, zero features.

Three stunning finishes. Clear, clearer and midnight clear.

Pre-order now. Ships never.

Comment "FAKE" and I'll send you the stack.

All of December was madness, began with an improptu half marathon I never planned for to help my boy break his half marathon record, then same day went to a music event, 3 birthdays, 3 graduations, business ramping up.

When life gets so busy it’s hard to realise that, “we get to do this with the people we care about”, not “we have to”

Fun times. by @mattphxm

I cut 4kg in a week for the first time ever.
Trained through exhaustion.

Starved through cravings.
Fought catchweight on short notice.

And I won.

But the real victory wasn’t the hand raise — it was Frank.

The mate who ran with me when I didn’t want to run.
Who barked at me on the assault bike.

Who fought beside me that night… and won too.

I learned something in that ring:
The real fight starts before stepping in.

In your habits. In your self-talk. In the people you trust to push you past your limits.

And when you win — they win too.

Most importantly, a massive thanks to my team, coaches, friends @168.muaythai ❤️🥊 by @mattphxm

Mount Fuji was massive. Majestic.
And yet all I could think about was how good the karaage from Lawson was.

We were just walking, vibing,
eating like 3rd graders after school.

That kind of peace doesn’t scream at you — it sits with you.
Mountains are great metaphors.

They don’t need to move to feel powerful.
They just exist — tall, calm, certain.

In business, we chase speed.
But sometimes the best clarity shows up when you pause,
eat some fried chicken,
and realize…

Maybe the answers aren’t at the summit —
they’re in the snack stop halfway up. by @mattphxm
