It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since Scha Dara Parr released “5th Wheel 2 the Coach” back in April 1995. From that time until 2000, I had the privilege of being part of the production staff at their agency, School Production. That era—the Toshiba EMI/Warner Music years—holds a special place in my heart. Even now, three decades later, I had the incredible honor of getting on the mic and rapping on stage with SDP and the Little Bird Nation crew—some of the dopest, funniest people I know. Moments like that remind me just how wild and amazing this life has been. Scha Dara Parr—you guys are true geniuses. The GOATs, no question.
