I’m so excited to finally be able to share photos from our wedding and showcase some of the many dresses I designed for it along the way. There was a fitted lace off-the-shoulder dress for the ceremony, a short flowy first-dance look, a custom lavender qipao to honor my Chinese heritage and, finally, an all-lace minidress for the afterparty.

Even more exciting: Two of these looks, Itzel and Hailee, are now available at Grace + Ivory. I simply can’t wait to see future brides write their own stories in these dresses.

Have you ever felt like you’re on the edge of making a leap that could change everything? Here’s my leap. 👀

After 6 incredible years in real estate, working with over 300 clients in Chicago and beyond, it’s time to make a change. Today marks the start of a new journey, as I’m embracing my roots and diving back into technology with @nutanix

But why leave? And why now?

Chasing Innovation- despite its potential, the real estate industry is slow to innovate. This change is an opportunity for me to lead from the cutting edge of innovation in hybrid cloud technology.

Making an Impact at Scale- this move provides an opportunity to impact a broader audience at a global scale. I’m excited to help enable my clients to optimize their business operation models and reduce the cost of doing business, while improving the end user experience for their customers.

Supporting a Family- there are few to no resources available to realtors to properly aid them in supporting a family long term. Marketplace healthcare, no formal retirement plan, in most cases no equity or stock options… the contractor side of being an agent has steep tradeoffs.

Opportunity Waits for No One- there is a major shift happening RIGHT NOW in the virtualization space following Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware, creating an urgent opportunity for Nutanix to attract new customers and rapidly expand market share.

Why am I sharing this? Because every one of us has that “what if” scenario playing in the back of our minds, and my journey is proof it’s never too late to explore the paths ahead of you, to rediscover your passions, or to pivot towards what truly drives you “why.”

It’s hard to express how meaningful the support from this platform has been in my journey. Change is the only constant in life, I can’t wait to share the journey with all of you.
