Been getting a lot of questions on #bridgeloans lately 🧐

It’s an amazing tool that I don’t think lenders promote enough. They are way more convenient than people think and the products out right now can close just as fast as we can run a regular loan. You do have to qualify for owning both homes, but beyond that, it’s Very straightforward. It’s awesome option to avoid using a contingency on a house you need to sell.

Not so fast. The Fed funds rate and mortgage rates are cousins, not twins. They don’t always move together — sometimes a hike is priced in ahead of time, sometimes it even pushes mortgage rates lower.

“Dangerous things carefully” 💪🏻 well said! Every once in a while we get feedback like “that’s so dangerous though, aren’t you afraid he’s going to get hurt?”. Yeah, we are. But the lessons he’s already learned and the grit he’s gained far outweighs the inherent risks and consequences of this sport. by @mattwebber888
