This was my first MAJOR project. This is when I went from amateur to professional…and it was far from easy. There was a lot on the line and it was a lot of hard work. When we bought this house it smelled and looked like a port-a-potty at the end of the festival. You had to cover your face when you walked in. There were obvious issues like holes in the roof and floors. Surprises popped up like rats in all the walls and a huge tree that had to be removed because it was messing up the foundation. I was going through a lot personally and I poured myself into this project to hide from life’s cruelty. Through this I found my niche and my passion. I am so proud of this house and who it made me. Whatever you’re going through, keep getting up off the mat and fighting. Your dreams, your passion, your reason for being here might be right around the corner. taken in Marina del Rey, California by @mattyshea

I can now help you buy and sell real estate around the globe! I’m very proud to be able to mix my passions of helping people achieve their goals with travel and culture. If you know me I have been super focused on building my real estate portfolio this last decade so travel has taken a back seat. I am very excited to start building my portfolio abroad and to helping others do the same! Reach out if you have any questions no matter where you are in the world. If I can’t help you, I definitely have a trusted friend that can guide you to achieve your goals. taken in Worldwide by @mattyshea

I am so excited about this listing! This complex is one of the best in Playa del Rey and just a half mile away from the beach! It is like living in a super safe resort with a 24/7 gate guard-yes like a real human. There is an amazing pool, hot tubs, gym, saunas, tennis, pickleball, and paddle courts. The unit is mostly updated, hardwood floors, fireplace, newly painted, laundry in unit, stainless steel appliances, and I will be at the open houses dressed business casual. See you there! taken in Playa del Rey by @mattyshea

Come be my neighbor (if you’re not annoying or smelly)! This is a HUGE lot super close to the ocean. I love walking down to restaurants and along the water in Playa. Hit a homie up if you want to come see it! taken in Playa Del Rey Beach by @mattyshea

I honestly can’t believe this. This is the 3rd month this year I have received this award in a very competitive office. I never thought I would leave teaching and if I knew the struggle it would take for me to get to this moment I’m not sure if I would’ve climbed this mountain. I probably would’ve moved to a different country and left everything behind if I didn’t have the love and support of my truly amazing wife, friends, and family. Leaving teaching was brutal, but now that I’m out of it I feel like I left an abusive relationship. I am so thankful for this “new” opportunity at a career I love and can still help change lives. by @mattyshea
