What a lovely evening at @trapezeoakcliff!was completely enamored by the eclectic decor and warm ambience. The room was full of equally as vibrant people. I saw some great outfits, made some new friends and was pleased to see some old friends. Shared many dances and the staff was so kind. It was a true pleasure to share the decks with @beltdrive by @matula_music

💃🕺🏾🪩
ONE NIGHT ONLY.
THIS WEEK!!!

For years, deep crate funk and soul vinyl was a huge part of how I made my living as a DJ. I don’t really do straight soul sets anymore, so when I say I’m bringing it back for a night, I mean we’re going all the way in.

I’m joined by fellow soul crate digger Sarah Matula for a proper SOUL POWER party at Double Wide.

Expect funk 45s, soul stompers, disco, rare groove and floorfillers.

Daptone. Stax. James Brown. Motown. Funkadelic. A little Fela. Northern Soul. Deep cuts. Big records. No filler.
