I did an experiment to go to bed without my phone for a week.

On the nights I was able to do this, I woke up feeling sharp, energized, and ready to execute.

On the nights where I relapsed, I woke up with heavy eyes, brain fog, and that “digital hangover” feeling. I could hardly get anything productive done.

Scrolling keeps your brain in a high-alert state, stealing the deep recovery you need. The brain fog you feel in the morning is your brain struggling to process the 1,000 random things you saw last night. by @maudboadu

For over 3 years, I have done tons of research on Doomscrolling, the adverse impact of social media and how it affects your brain, your potential and your productivity.

Mindlessly scrolling affects your brain in many ways.

I did experience that but now, I’m working on getting my productivity, my mind and my life back and I’m going to be sharing all of that with you on the LOGGED-OFF LIFE!

I will also be sharing with you how to get your life back, how to be more engaged in your own life rather than watching others 24/7, how to live a very full life instead of staring at a screen all day and many more! by @maudboadu

Oh how time passes so quick! I find that we humans have the tendency of underestimating how long things actually take.

Let’s use me as an example lol…

Anytime I need to get ready to go somewhere, the day before, in my mind, I’m like oh I just have to find a dress, iron it, bath, wear the dress, and that’s it!

Butttttt, when ‘tomorrow’ finally comes, getting ready actually takes up more time than I had estimated. Looking for the dress takes time, ironing takes time, ordering for a ride and having them cancel many times takes time, doing your makeup takes time.

Every activity will take so much time that I end up being late.

True success takes a lot of time, and so if you waste your time scrolling thinking you have allllll the time in the world, you will be shocked!

Take stock of how you use your time.
Budget the time.
And do what you said you were going to do at the time you said you were going to do it! by @maudboadu

You are not barely tolerated by God.
You are deeply desired.
He is not watching you with frustration.
He watches you with affection.
Even in your ordinary moments, He delights in you.
Even in your weakness, He stays tender.
Let this sink in today:
You are enjoyed by Heaven.

We are pleased to welcome our newest Legal Intern to the Firm.

Bringing young legal minds into practice is more than a routine intake exercise; it is part of our long-term commitment to developing competent, ethical, and commercially aware lawyers.

We are confident that this new addition will contribute meaningfully to our work while sharpening the analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills required in today’s legal environment.

We look forward to a productive and impactful journey together.
