The realization that it has was18 years ago today that Andrew was killed the circumstances seem like something out of a fiction book. The reality is beyond tough. Even when I know he is in heaven when I can listen to the song by BART Millard. “Mercy Me“ band. “I can only imagine” and wonder with a grin what did Andy do? (Look it up , listen and let me know what you think he would have done. Krista House just posted something so beautifully written. She is amazing! We have been blessed to get to know many since Andy’s death. The help support and commitment of the Friends of Boomer’s Legacy made it possible to set up a fund specific to “Helping our Military help others” so that they can feel what Andy did when he said very clearly in a phone call home. “Putting a smile on a child’s face is the most important thing about this tour.” When I questioned him about saving life/limb. He said that’s my job the smiles are my joy. Let’s keep giving joy….Boomer’s Legacy will be growing stronger in the future according to Laurie Olgivie (Senior VP Military Family Services at CFMWS. Boomers Legacy is a fund they are not letting go of. It is active needed and will thrive. Andy did what he was supposed to do ! Of that I have no doubt 💕🙏❤️ by @maureeneyk
