Twelve years ago, I was a young momma looking for a way to create more options for my family.

Today, our team has generated over $2 billion in sales, helped thousands of families create additional income, and built a community of incredible women across the country who are choosing to dream bigger for themselves and their families.

It’s been over a decade since I took a chance and started Thrive!

At first it was just 3 steps added to my morning routine that gave me more energy and helped balance my gut. But it became so much more!

I knew I had to share it with other moms. So I shared my story, I told other moms how much better I felt and how I was able to help support my family.

Over a decade later I am still here, still earning, and still helping other moms. Thrive helped me when I was a young busy mom and now it’s helping me as a perimenopausal woman getting ready for the next phase of life! This company is committed to helping women feel better at every stage of life and I am committed to paving the way for more women like me!

To the momma who lost her patience, the woman whose plans fell apart, or anyone feeling like they’re falling behind…

One hard moment doesn’t erase all the good you’ve done. And a hard season doesn’t mean you’ve missed your chance.

You’re allowed to be disappointed. You’re allowed to rest. Having faith doesn’t mean you never struggle. Sometimes it means simply trusting that God is still with you when you can’t see what comes next.

Give yourself the same grace you give everyone else. Your story is still unfolding, and God isn’t finished with you yet 🤍

I know a lot of you are new around here, so let’s skip the traditional introduction and get straight to the good stuff. 😂❤️

A few things I WHOLEHEARTEDLY believe in at 48.

Some of these beliefs I’ve held forever. Others? Well, life has a funny way of teaching you lessons you never signed up for. 😅

I’ve been married over 23 years, raised four kids through all kinds of seasons, built a business for almost 13 years, experienced incredible blessings, and walked through some things I wouldn’t wish on anybody.

And through it ALL, my faith has been my foundation.

I’ve learned that you can love Jesus fiercely and still have boundaries. That forgiveness doesn’t always mean reconciliation. That relationships require intention from BOTH sides. And that success means very little if you’re too exhausted to enjoy it.

But one of my biggest lessons?

Not every beautiful season is meant to last forever. ❤️

We’ve sold homes filled with incredible memories, watched our kids grow out of stages I absolutely LOVED, and closed chapters I wouldn’t trade for anything.

But I refuse to spend so much time missing yesterday that I miss the blessings God has for me TODAY.

I want to celebrate who my kids are BECOMING, not just miss who they used to be.

I want to enjoy the life I’ve prayed for, not spend every day stressed out trying to maintain it.

And I want to keep growing, laughing, loving, and being excited about what’s NEXT!

I’m still a work in progress, but at 48, I’m pretty comfortable with who I am and what I believe.

And guess what? We don’t have to agree on everything to genuinely like each other. Imagine that! 😂

So whether you’ve been here for 12 years or 12 minutes, WELCOME! ❤️

13 years. A whole lot of life. And a business that has grown through every single season. 💗

I’ve built this business while raising four kids, sitting in bleachers, celebrating milestones, navigating diagnoses, walking through heartbreak, and living through seasons I never saw coming.

And here’s what I’ve learned…

You don’t have to have a perfect life to build something extraordinary.

One of the moments I’ll never forget was being on our way to the hospital after our son’s Type 1 diabetes diagnosis, while someone on my team was achieving the highest rank in our entire company.

My world had just been turned upside down.

But the years I’d spent pouring into people, developing leaders, and building genuine relationships were showing up in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

My people kept winning. My leaders stepped up. My community filled the gaps.

And I got to be MOM. ❤️

THAT is what I’m most proud of.

Not just the ranks, the bonuses, or the recognition. But the PEOPLE. The relationships. The foundation we built together.

Because life doesn’t stop happening just because you have goals and dreams.

And at 48, I can tell you something I couldn’t have told you at 35…

There’s a difference between building a business that depends on you and building something bigger than you.

I’ve seen the beginning, the growing pains, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and the harvest.

And I’m still here. Still growing. Still learning. Still helping other women see what’s possible.

So whether you’re in your building season, your starting-over season, your raising-babies season, or your wondering-what’s-next season…

Don’t underestimate what you can build right where you are.

You don’t need a different life to get started. You need people who will walk alongside you while you’re living the one you’ve got.

My biggest fan. My least helpful workout partner 🐈😂

Four kids, a dog, and a cat… moms know how hard it is to find some time for themselves.

But you deserve a spot on your own to-do list, too. Move your body, take a walk, do something that helps you feel like YOU.

It doesn’t have to be a full hour or a perfect workout. Sometimes it’s ten minutes with a cat climbing on you. It still counts. by @mauriadillard

THIS. RIGHT. HERE. 🥹❤️

Almost 13 years ago, I said yes to a business opportunity having absolutely NO idea the people it would bring into my life or the lives I would get to watch change along the way.

And y’all… THAT might just be my favorite part of all of this.

Sure, the paychecks are amazing. The trips are fun. The opportunities are incredible.

But getting to invite your girlfriends into something that can genuinely change their lives?! And then sitting front row cheering like a crazy person as they realize what THEY are capable of?!

THAT is a whole different kind of success. 🥹🔥

Because the only thing better than winning is watching the people you love WIN TOO.

And the best part? We’re not even close to being done. 😉

Sometimes breaking generational cycles doesn’t look like some big, dramatic moment.

Sometimes it looks like a varsity football player running straight to the stands to find his twin. 🥹

It’s watching your kids genuinely LIKE each other. Choose each other. Celebrate each other. Be each other’s safe place.

And realizing that all those years you spent fighting to build a different kind of home mattered.

Not a perfect home. But one filled with love that doesn’t have to be earned, relationships that don’t require walking on eggshells, and siblings who know they’re always on the same team.

And sometimes God gives you these tiny little glimpses just to remind you…

Nothing makes me smile bigger than hearing someone say…

That one gets me every time.

You can call me successful.
You can compliment my work.
You can tell me I’m good at what I do.
