Been a hell of a journey, and I couldn’t be happier for my guy @mouhamed_xviii He put in the work every step of the way and never faltered. Without a doubt deserves to enjoy every bit of success thus far. Will never be able to say how thankful and blessed I am to be a part of the journey, so here is to a great NBA season and a special career.

Most people think talent is what gets athletes drafted.

Here at the @nba draft watching these men having their dreams become a reality. #NBADraft

Talent gets you scouted.

CHARACTER gets you trusted…especially with the bag.

Teams are investing millions into players.

That means they’re not just watching film … they’re studying the man.

How you speak.
How you carry yourself.
How self-aware you are.
How accountable you are.

Because when an organization drafts someone, they’re not just drafting performance.

They’re drafting representation.

The same principle applies in business and leadership.

Opportunities don’t just go to the most talented people.

They go to the people others trust to represent something bigger than themselves.

Talent opens the door.

Character keeps you in the room.
