A book that has helped me is the Listening Hands by Ilana Rubenfeld
She uses bodywork, intuition, and psychotherapy explaining self healing through a synergy method of talk and touch.
She explains the two therapies cannot maximize its potential at the same time so…. one has to go to let the other work. At the end of the book you learn that your hands can be your eyes.

Most of my appointments are quiet but this is the end of one! There’s always time to catch up after!

haha you’ll see more of Brany she’s so real so true asks good questions and is hardworking. It’s my pleasure being there for people like her because hey it takes one to know one.
This is a world of fixing each others crowns. I stand by it. Time is precious. Let love love.

The truth is I’ve found a joy that’s within that no one can take from me. A joy that makes me forget about time, lets me eat, gives me shelter, and lets me experience my loved ones.
I can’t thank you enough. Really from the bottom of my heart thank you.

This work has put blood flow back into my heart and pumps so healthy good that oxygen went to my brain and sent some cracked out lightning into my system head to toe.
I’ve met you all during a time I was picking up the remaining pieces of myself and I’m so thankful for you.

How would we know the difference of what day is if there was no night? Without you I would never have figured this out so again ty.

Face Haus has me almost 4 years in and performing about 1,300 facials a year… and some of those appointments are BRIDES TO BE
annnd this special appointment happens to be for my childhood bestie🥰

As we get her skin ready for her wedding- this time together being there for one another touches my child heart ❤️
I’ve always love being with this girl makes me want to ugly cry 😆 actually we did cry haha we didn’t realize how much we missed eachother lmao!
