Maurane a passé 10ans dans les plus grands restaurants londoniens, dont Trinity et Frenchie, où elle a découvert sa passion pour le vin en 2018. Elle a ensuite managé l’équipe de sommellerie ainsi que la liste des vins du restaurant Frenchie en 2020, avant de rentrer en France pendant la pandémie pour se rapprocher de sa terre natale, Sète.

A son retour, elle a rejoint @cavv.sete approfondissant son expertise des vins naturels de terroir. Animée par la gastronomie, les accords mets-vins et « tout ce qui touche à sa bouche », Maurane apporte une énergie débordante et une connaissance approfondie à Buvette Tours. Passionnée de danse, de street art et de voile, elle s’inspire de son approche créative pour élaborer des expériences épicuriennes inoubliables. 🍷

Born and raised in Sète, Maurane spent 10 years in London’s top restaurants, including Trinity and Frenchie, where she discovered her passion for wine in 2018. She went on to lead the wine program at Frenchie in 2020, before returning to France during the pandemic to explore the natural wine scene across Occitanie.

Back in Sète, she joined @cavv.sete, deepening her expertise in natural, terroir-driven wines. With a love for food, wine pairings, and “everything that touches her mouth,” Maurane brings vibrant energy and deep knowledge to Buvette Tours. She’s also passionate about dance, street art, and sailing, all of which inspire her creative approach to curating unforgettable wine experiences 🍷 by @buvette.tours

Même si je me sens un peu timide de vous annoncer ça, je me dis qu'il faut que je me montre plus vaillante et sûre de moi, et je vous annonce donc qu'avec @amber.wine nous lançons une agence d'œnotourisme: @buvette.tours 🍷

Dès le printemps 2026, nous collaborerons avec des vignerons et des agriculteurs des environs de Sète, Béziers, Montpellier & Nîmes pour proposer des visites touristiques, gastronomiques et culturelles qui seront (espérons-le) amusantes, engageantes, sincères, intimes et vraiment uniques.

Bien que nous ayons sans aucun doute beaucoup à apprendre, nous sommes toutes deux passionnées, expertes, connectées et enthousiastes à l'idée de permettre aux clients de découvrir le vin autrement.
