•BEGINNING THE STARTER:
Day 1: 1/2 cup bread flour & 1/4 cup filtered water
Day 2: do nothing
Day 3: discard half of the starter then add 1/2 cup bread flour and 1/4 cup filtered water
(Depending on your region and environment, your starter will become active sooner or later, once it has reached
it’s active state. You may now feed it my ratio for a
steady happy healthy active sourdough starter)

•my golden formula for
MAINTAINING AN ACTIVE STARTER:
-25g active starter
-55ml warm filtered water
-85g unbleached king author bread flour

(continue to feed once a day if stored inside the oven
off with lid lose or once a week lid tight inside the fridge,
if stored in the fridge bring the starter to room
temperature then feed with ratio & store in a warm place
lid lose for 1hr before storing inside the fridge lid tight.)
