Almost 7 weeks post-show this Saturday, & I’m not in a cutting phase anymore BUT that doesn’t mean I’m taking a break 💪🏽

Reverse dieting is the next phase and it’s seriously misunderstood

People hear I’m eating more and say,
“Just eat it, you’ll be fine,”
or, “You don’t look like skin and bones anymore,” like that’s supposed to be a compliment

But this isn’t about mindless eating—it’s about healing my hormones, rebuilding metabolism, and getting my energy back

It’s slow, it’s steady, and it’s anything but easy

The mental side is tough
Some days I feel proud, some days I question everything

But I keep showing up, one step at a time, because this phase is part of the process—not a setback

This prep tested me in every way—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
It was the hardest one yet.

There were moments I questioned myself deeply—moments I wondered if I could really keep going.
But I never stopped showing up.

Not for a trophy.
But for the woman I was becoming.

Bodybuilding has changed my life.
It taught me how to suffer with purpose, how to lead with discipline, and how to rise even when no one’s watching.

This sport stripped me down and rebuilt me into someone I’m genuinely proud of.

Yes, I’m proud of the physique I brought to the stage—
But I’m even more proud of the strength, mindset, and soul I’ve built behind it.

This community like @achievefitnesspueblo has become my home.
This path has become my passion.
And this chapter? It’s only the beginning of something so much bigger.

To my coach @adrienne289 —you were my anchor.
You held me up on the days I wanted to quit, reminded me of who I am, and poured belief into me when I didn’t have any left.
You deserve a post of your own, but you deserve to be recognized here too—because I couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you for being my rocks.

To the girl who once doubted herself… look at you now.
Built from the inside out.
And still rising. 🖤
