Putting the Adidas Dropset Elite through a HYROX Workout.

Training almost every day means sweaty clothes and shoes are constantly going into my gym bag

Been trying out the ONE Deodorizer Bag from @onesports.sg and it’s actually been pretty useful. I just leave it inside my training bag and it helps keep the smell under control, especially when I’m going from one training session to another.

Simple, no spraying or complicated routine — just leave it in the bag and get on with training.

Not every race goes to plan.

This was one of my toughest HYROX races to date. Nothing felt quite right, and the result reflected it.

But the sport doesn’t owe us good days. Sometimes the lessons come from the races we’d rather forget.

Some people only focus on training.
But recovery is what allows you to come back stronger.

Lately I’ve been using these from @xandrolab as part of my routine:

• Magnesium Glycinate for sleep + recovery
• Shoden Ashwagandha for stress support during intense weeks

Simple habits make a big difference when training consistently.

My Race 16 — HYROX Singapore

Back on the floor again for another Mixed Doubles race.

For most of the race, we were on course for a really solid time. My partner wasn’t feeling 100%, but still showed up and gave everything she had. I was proud to be out there beside her.

The wall ball station made things tougher than expected, but we adapted, worked through it, and finished together.

Afterwards, we shared a meal with her parents a lovely way to finish the day.

She had become someone important to me, and sharing these experiences with her meant a lot. The race, our photos, and the time together afterwards all became part of what made this day special.

A few lessons to take into the next race, and memories I’m glad we made together.

Some friendly reminders before you make hella loads of good memories this weekend🫡

✔️ Register early + confirm wave time
✔️ Bring ID + race confirmation QR
✔️ Lay out your gear the night before!!! ( Gels / compressions / accessories etc )
✔️ Hydrate starting now 💦
✔️ Carb up lightly (don’t experiment with new foods! )
✔️ Most importantly, have fun and smile at the camera 📸

My race 15 Taiwan

It’s my first Doubles Pro together with @seann_choo .

Racing overseas always will be a different vibe, and doing a doubles Pro together added another layer to it.

We went there to see where we stand.

Got our answers.
Some good signs, some obvious gaps.

We even had the chance to share the floor with some really strong athletes and stand beside one of the Elite 15 a good reminder of the level out there.

Back to training, back to building.

Next one will be better.

Started with a few familiar faces and met new teammates along the way.
Different gyms, different backgrounds, but we came together when it mattered.
First time for all of us — proud of the effort and energy everyone brought🔥🔥🔥
