Not another Aussie in London.

Sydney and London are both very special cities for very different reasons.

When it comes to lifestyle, Sydney is unbeatable. Although, after recent proposed CGT and other tax changes it feels even more isolated from the rest of the world when it comes to opportunities for work and starting your own business.

London, on the other hand, remains globally connected, busy, opportunistic. It’s got its quirks and starting a company here isn’t easy either but it definitely tops Sydney. by @max.merigrove

I started my career in a professional services firm. Cut my teeth in a scale-up. Then joined a year-old startup. Now I’ve launched one myself.

With each move, the chaos increased. Last week I had to write an invoice in Polish.

I am not sure that was ever in the business plan.

At the same time, each move has also brought more joy, and excitement - both in the team that I get to work with, and the business I get to build.

So I invite you to follow along for the journey, learn from our mistakes, share in our wins, and have a laugh.

Thank you,
Crowie by @max.merigrove
