10kg down in 10 weeks & photoshoot prep complete with @max_clapp

We had one mission, create new habits, build good ones and get into elite shape whilst doing it.

March - may we worked through just in time for summer to really kick off

But Max knew with the timeframe we had he had to make a big sacrifice especially being in his early 20’s that most people wouldn’t be willing to do.

Less social occasions than normal, less nights out but with great sacrifice comes greater reward and in this case that couldn’t be anymore true.

We pulled off the mission and got Max in the best shape of his life and during that time frame he found himself, his passion and finished the prep a different person not just visually but also mentally and physically.

Sometimes the different version of you is just on the other side of a decision or sacrifice you make.

Don’t live a life of what ifs or regrets, fulfil it.
