It’s been about a year since my world took a full 180. Within that year I’ve struggled a lot, with my mental health, physical health and spiritual health. Only until recent have I been able to overcome a lot of those challenges. With the grace of God and Jesus.
Max has been there for me in my absolute lowest. He’s been the physical support to get me through a lot. I’m beyond grateful to have a dog as good as Max.
I felt like I lost half of myself, but the outcome with some work has resulted in realizing that I’m still me, and it was an opportunity to grow. I love my life, I love the people I’m close to. (You know who you are) sometimes the challenges in life seem impossible to conquer but with the right mindset, anything is really possible. I could’ve let myself continue to fall and feel worn down but a simple change in perspective has allowed me to see things much more clear. If you struggle with mental health, feel free to hit me up, I may not be a therapist but I’ve learned a lot from my mistakes and trials.

Last fitness reel of the year. Going to sign off for a bit and focus on a growth phase.
My life’s made a full 180, everything is so clear and who I want to be is clear but I need to dial in. My physique goal is big, my chase for the paper is big and my spiritual goal and journey with Jesus Christ is only growing more. I’ve finally learned to love myself; I’ve found real change all around. It was nice being lean but we need to get big. Much love 🫶🏾 by @max_n_jay

Rebuilt my carbs, new jets and needles, new gaskets and hardware. The amount of green gunk was atrocious. Excited to put it back together, hoping that was the last of the rebuild. New sparks and ignition coils, carb rebuild; will probably need to fool around with the electrical so we’ll see how that goes

Autumn pics with my Maxipoo
Been feeling sick along with mentally drained. Haven’t been training as much or caring about what I’ve been eating. I come home and just want to spend my time with Max. Burn cigarette after cigarette to help forget, still tho sober of all else. Weeks go by quick and days fade after one another. Fall always reminds me of my favourite things tho, this year especially. It’s rich of nostalgia. The air’s different, the sun shines just right, the fog sticks around leaving a cold kiss. If only fall could last longer by @max_n_jay

I’m frustrated but how much of a fake world we live in. Surrounded by bs tv, fake news, lies about the nature of our planet. So many people act like their lives are put together but surrounding us are lowlives from the drug addict next door to the money laundering rich guy with a company front. We continue giving our money away that we work so hard for to wars and corporations that end up being pocketed by the same rich white collar.
I’m so done with this act that everything’s okay. So many people don’t get a glimpse into the reality of things and believe what our “leaders” are doing are okay.
I can’t wait to get out of this rat race and leave the world behind, raise some animals and be an “outcast” far from civilization.
We’re given the fruits of the earth and knowledge of the land to do just that but greeds taken over everybody’s mind. Constantly looking for more. One day I’ll stop posting, I’ll be far from all of this, away and hidden from it all. No technology, just me myself and Max. Until then, I guess I’ll continue to “play” along.

It’s just about being present. I’ve got dreams and desires just like anybody but sometimes it’s just not the time. To me I want to be the best uncle for my nephew, the best friend to those that are close, an open ear to hear what’s going on; a soft voice to be heard. A good brother to my sister and my brother in law, someone they can trust. To be a son that makes my folks proud. The best dog dad for Max, keeping him happy and getting out as much as possible. Be the man of God I’ve been set out to be. Reading more books, playing my guitar, getting tf off my phone. Just learning to take each breath in and embrace it, even through the cigarettes (a vice one day I’ll give up)
Life is full of challenges and hearing/ seeing negative things all the time is enough to make a man go crazy, but embracing the now is more important.
