The last service didn’t just close out Northeast NYLA Conference….we were COMMISSIONED.

There was something sacred about this service with our dear friend and anointed kingdom leader, Markus McFolling. Youth Leaders and volunteer teams who came to be refreshed and equipped are leaving with a renewed YES to the call of God.

Hands were raised as prayers were prayed over them and truly, what a beautiful move of the Holy Spirit! 🔥 Once again, we were reminded that ministry is more than what we do, it’s the assignment we carry. We’re leaving different than we came; stirred, strengthened, and sent back into our churches and communities with fresh fire for this generation.

Now we GO! We have been invested in, empowered by the Spirit, carrying the Gospel, and ready to continue reaching the next generation for heaven! 🙌🏻 by @maxdreyes

We are thankful for the partnership with Church of God World Missions and Youth and Discipleship! Their International Communications Director, Dewayne Moree, shared a powerful word to everyone in the room during the Main Session on “The Gospel begins at the Table.” What an amazing reminder for us on meeting needs and planting seeds! by @maxdreyes

Some of the best NYLA moments happen in the conversations during breakout sessions. What a blessing it was to hear from Stacy Denton, Eran Holt and Lynn Swank in the Breakout Sessions this morning.

Sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and learning from others brings fresh perspective and reminds us of the value of growing together in ministry.

We’re grateful for every conversation and connection that is helping strengthen leaders and ministries as we continue investing in the next generation. The Kingdom is stronger when we grow together! by @maxdreyes

THE FIRE FELL TONIGHT!

What a powerful session at Northeast NYLA! From the first note of worship to the final moments around the altar, the presence of God filled the room. Pastor Justin delivered an on-time word about “The Corner.”

Leaders weren’t just being equipped; they were being refreshed, renewed, and refilled. The altars filled as hearts surrendered, prayers were lifted up and the Holy Spirit moved in an amazing way.

We’re leaving this service with fresh fire, fresh infilling, and a fresh burden for the next generation.

INVESTED IN. EMPOWERED. SENT OUT.

What a way to close out the 2026 Leadership Conference! Powerful sessions today with Mitch Corder and Eran Holt on mentoring and discipleship, plus a special visit from our General Overseer, Dr. Gary Lewis and our Secretary General and YD Liason, Dr. Tom Madden. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing from our ministry partners in World Missions and they each left us challenged and ready to make an impact!

Thank you to every Youth Director and Girls Ministries Coordinator who made the sacrifice and took time from your busy schedules to come be strengthened in the call God has placed on your life and in this season of ministry.

We leave with fresh vision, renewed passion, and a greater commitment to invest in and empower the next generation! by @maxdreyes

Investing in leaders today. Impacting generations tomorrow.

We had an incredible afternoon of investing, empowering, and celebrating yesterday afternoon with our Youth Directors and Girls Ministries Coordinators.

Last night’s powerful Global Prayer Service brought all leaders together, united in prayer and believing for a fresh move of the Holy Spirit around the world. We are the Church of God!

Now we’re ready for TODAY! More sessions to equip and pour into our leaders and strengthen them for this season. There’s nothing like kingdom family! taken in Cleveland, Tennessee by @maxdreyes

In Youth & Discipleship we aren’t just building programs. We are INVESTING IN PEOPLE, STIRRING VISION, and PREPARING FOR REVIVAL!

Leadership Conference is an opportunity to pour into the State and Regional Youth Directors and Girls Ministries Coordinators who are faithfully investing in their local leaders and the next generation. It’s a time to be refreshed, equipped, challenged, and reminded of the calling God has placed on our lives.

Invest in the leader. Strengthen the ministry. Reach the generation.

The vision is clear and we’re believing for REVIVAL in this generation! by @maxdreyes
