Just like that it’s on to the next season.

This time around went by way too fast but I’m so glad I got to be a part of it here at champion. This gym has truly became my second home and has been the greatest gift in this chaotic time in my life. I’m truly lucky to be surrounded by so many good people while navigating my first year moving out and into adult life.

Legacy, you guys were the best thing to happen to me. Through the injuries, those who didn’t make it through a season, comp week fill ins, and extra practices, nothing got you down. This team was the most resilient and hard working group I’ve ever worked with. You all taught me so much more than I could ever even try to articulate; more than I could ever teach or coach to anybody. No score or placement can replace the sheer determination and growth that I watched you accomplish. From that first practice I attended in August to now, I’ve seriously enjoyed every moment, laugh, joke, and learning moment we have been lucky enough to share together. I hope you all continue to rock it in your life’s adventures.

Royals, I will always appreciate you guys for allowing me to step in and try my hand at coaching a worlds team. Watching the amount of skill and talent which you all have grow every day and watching that final routine at Worlds brought me so much joy. You all worked so hard all year long, put in more reps than any other team in the gym. And it showed. I am so proud of you guys and so grateful that I could be apart of the crew. Thank you all for being so awesome.

Enchanted, I know we only spent 90 minutes together a week but I hope you all know I am so grateful for those times. 3rd place at summit is absolutely incredible and such a badge of honor. I hope you guys feel so cool to have that result to finish out your season. Keep on chasing those feelings and pushing through because you never truly know what the future holds.

And to all the parents, athletes, and coaches at champion. Thank you for being you. The effort you put in to create such a culture here is admirable. And I’m grateful to those who spend their own time improving and growing with this gym, making it better every day. by @maxhammond__

I’m feeling so lucky that I get to be around such good people. The coaches I get to learn from and work with, the parents that trust and let us work our magic, and the athletes that bring an energy second to none with such an admirable work ethic. Through Jr empire working so hard digging so deep and coming through with a big fat hit zero. Royals for putting on a show all weekend and an energy unmatched, hitting high to high tick full arounds, 1 of the only teams to do them, let alone smacking them both days 😎. And on top of all of it, securing their worlds bid so early against all the worlds teams from big name gyms; such a huge accomplishment. Legacy, the hardest working most positive kids I know, brought a feeling of accomplishment I didn’t know was possible. The routines we’ve been pushing for all season, hitting every single stunt and walking away with a summit bid 🤩🥳🥳 Could not be any prouder. 5 wins this weekend and across the board, so much fun, so many good placements in hard divisions, and just a party the whole time 💜 by @maxhammond__

I truly don’t have enough words I could say to express my sincere gratitude for these teams and for this program. The only thing I can say is, well, Thank You.

While I’m sad to watch this door in my life close, I am so beyond grateful it was even opened in the first place by @maxhammond__

The best goodbyes are the hardest.
Thank you to everyone who helped me out along the way, you all mean the world to me, more than you could ever possibly know 🤟

I am now officially a 2x summit, undefeated champ and I have never been happier to have been involved in anything. Thank you to @macs_cheer for the greatest 2 years I could have asked for. I wouldn’t change a single thing about it, or trade it for anything. by @maxhammond__
