At 11:45 am. I buried my father. It was a beautiful service but an extremely painful experience.
I want to thank all of my close friends and band mates who are my chosen family for coming to pay their respects. My dad was a good man. A kind person and a special talent. His guitar playing will live on.
I love you Dad. I miss you immensely and will think of you every day. I hope you visit me in my dreams the way mom does every once in a while. ❤️❤️❤️ by @maxillidge

At 1:49 pm today, my dad passed away. He was cancer free, but was struggling with malnutrition and dehydration because the radiation treatment damaged his throat and it was so difficult for him to eat and drink enough. I'm completely devastated. I thought I had more time. Both of my parents are gone and I feel completely empty. I love you Dad. You gave me the gift of music. You transferred it to me through blood and it's one of the biggest parts of who I am. I just can't imagine life without you in it. ♥️♥️ by @maxillidge

@louderthanlifefest was amazing! We want to thank @chrishammillphoto and @dellamoredante for all the audio and video and photo work they provided for us. Lots more to come. Live videos going up on YouTube very soon! Thanks to @dannywimmerpresents for having us! What an amazing festival they put on. The staff was amazing and so very helpful! @ruwanelakel was great keeping us in the loop all day and helping get us everything we needed!
