PROJECT MANAGER-> PILOT.🧑‍✈️
SAMUEL SPEARS DOES BOTH.

Joel caught up with Samuel at Escalade Roofing on a BIG commercial TPO project in Greensboro, NC.

Samuel manages the project. He also flies planes.
Apparently, a rooftop wasn’t high enough. 😂

But this is what we love most.
Seeing roofing companies WIN
and being part of their journey as they grow.

Today, the spotlight belongs to Escalade.
Hit play to hear from Samuel and see what the crew is working on.

Thank you for having us out, brother.
We’re proud to support you and the Escalade team as you grow and WIN MORE JOBS 🙌🏻🚀

YOU CAN TALK ABOUT QUALITY ALL DAY.

OR YOU CAN GO WATCH IT HAPPEN.

Joel had the pleasure of spending some time on-site with Nate and the Rice Roofing crew, and seeing these guys in live action was impressive.

7,200 sq. ft. home.

New roof going on.

Massive V Tech skylights being installed.

And Nate right there in the middle of it making sure it gets done RIGHT.

That’s what we love about getting out of the warehouse and onto our customers’ jobsites.

We get to see the work.
We get to understand the operation.
We get to understand how we can serve them BETTER.

Because our job isn’t just to sell you roofing materials.

Our job is to help you GROW.

Help you take on bigger projects.

Help you WIN MORE JOBS.

And be there when it’s time to get the work done.

Nate and the Rice Roofing team thank you for letting us be a small part of what you’re building.

Keep growing.
Keep winning.

We’re in your corner. 🔥
