Today tried very hard to be a disaster 😭

Somewhere between the chaos and running around London, I got to experience beautiful properties, striking details, good coffee, gorgeous joinery, art, architecture and a Lambo casually thrown in for good measure.

And yes... it worked. I came home creatively inspired.

A very good reminder that getting out, looking around and encountering spaces in real life is part of the work too. Even on one of the hottest days of the year 💚 taken in Central London by @maxine.agy

EP. 02 Our first viewing at Crane Court 🥹

And an interesting one... they already live in the development and are considering making the move from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom.

After weeks of staging, shooting, listing, promoting (and even braving my first TikTok Live 😭), it was nice to finally welcome someone through the door.

They’ve left with a few things to think about, I’ve got some information to send over, and tomorrow the staging starts coming down.

So for now… we wait. 👀

Some women remind you that you're allowed to built it you're way.

There’s something incredibly motivating about watching another woman take a leap of faith, particularly in a world that has a habit of deciding what ambition, success and professionalism are supposed to look like for us.

What I admire about @sianlouisetangney is that she seems to be building on her own terms.

The experience and expertise are there, of course, but so are the fabulous style, finesse and panache.

None of herself had to disappear for the businesswoman to emerge.

And as someone building something of my own, I notice that. It’s a reminder that the goal was never to fit into a different box.

It was to have the courage to create beyond one. ✨️

Somewhere between talking property, business, what’s next and laughing far too much, I left thinking "yeah, I need more women like this around me!"

Creating. Connecting. Conquering. And leaving enough room to have a very good time while we’re at it.

One of my favourite parts of last week had nothing to do with the apartment itself.

It was watching someone experience a property valuation for the first time.

There are so many things buyers never see behind the scenes: the conversations, the details we notice, the questions we ask before a home ever reaches the market.

@annabella_king joined me for the day, and somewhere between walking the apartment, talking through the layout and debating whether we’d actually buy it ourselves, we accidentally filmed Episode 1.

I have a feeling there are going to be a few more. 😊

Every home tells a story before anyone has spoken.

Last week, that story began with moving furniture, opening the blinds, styling the final details and asking one simple question:

The best part of a renovation isn't always the finished photos.

Sometimes it's this.

A home that's been completely stripped back to its bones, where you can still read every decision the developer has made. Before the furniture, styling and marketing take over, you get to see the architecture doing the talking.

Personally, I love viewing homes at this stage because it forces you to imagine how you would live there. Where your morning coffee would be. Which terrace you'd escape to after work. How the light moves through the rooms. It's a blank canvas with intention.

This particular home is a post-war property in Bayswater that's been transformed into a high-spec family residence.
