I Am U Sketch # 3 🎶 It’s Got a Hold on Me🎶

Not sure how this one fits on the timeline of life and song, sometime in HS.. the captions were tough to work with for this song/video and instead of wasting hours trying to fight technology I just said “good enough” yay me! Haha sometimes getting lost and letting go is exactly how we find our way home💫

@nicolefieldandcoast Thanks for the wind-chime😅

I Am U Sketch # 2 🎶Nuclear🎶 (or We Won’t Have a Say) *not sure yet

I mean it’d be great if we like didn’t do the whole war thing..

What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I think one of our most debilitating and toxic traits as humans can be our inability to change unless we are faced with a drastic situation/catastrophic-level failure that demands it, because why does it take so much suffering for us to realize what we are doing to ourselves and change our behavior? I’ve been confronting this within myself the past few years and I think the entire global population would benefit from doing the same. The past is only useful if we take the time to learn from it, and if we choose to act with more wisdom moving forward.

I went to a major protest in DC a couple years ago and it changed my entire perspective on what we call democracy in this country. We think we have a voice until bootlickers with guns and chemical weapons show up and start violating your first amendment rights. It’s quite eye-opening watching a woman who was peacefully protesting cry and wash her face off with bottles and bottles of water after being pepper sprayed by federal agents standing behind a barrier with their guns and dogs and riot shields like a bunch of cowards.

Why does it take like 19 wars/genocides/imperialist conquests for us to realize that it’s inhumane behavior? Are we not at that moment of reckoning as a society where we must confront these problems? It’s not easy to face our shadow/ego but if we don’t, this will be quite the song someday..hopefully people can hear it still.

Thanks for Listening!

Borderland was so fun, again! Thank you to @maciejewskilarry and Jenn for another great festival! It was a pleasure getting to play and it gave me an excuse to wear my HAIR flair jeans again:D

And now a couple cures for your Borderland musical hangover:

Top 300 Songs of All Time by Max Kilijanski -
2026 Edition

Well I guess it’s time I make it official:) it’s only taken 3 years to complete😭 Music has saved my life multiple times over, it is the gift that keeps on giving, so in the spirit of giving here’s a lil sliver of my soul:) I hope you can find something new and worthwhile on this list!

This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever tried to do as a musician, I went all the way through my library of over 10K songs (over 32 days of music) and it was originally supposed to be the top 100 songs of all time but I didn’t have a chance in heck at getting it down to just 100 songs so we went with 300 and I picked out the songs that resonated with me the most by passing the following criteria:
either 1. A song that has spoken deeply to me at some point in my life or that tells a story I’ve lived out in some way 2. A song that is respected and admired by the music community and/or the general population for one reason or another or 3. The song is just really fun or really good😂 it’s kinda a mix of all 3 and I know it looks like a schizophrenic wrote this😂 going from genre to genre..
I can assure you that’s how it all goes down in my car, in my shower, and in my head throughout the day, so idk yeahhh..

I’d really love to hear what songs you guys feel need to be on here that I’ve left it off this list so if there’s a song I missed feel free to add it to the comments for everyone!
I think I’ll redo this at age 40 as long as I make it there!

If anyone wants this in PDF form or sent on Apple Music just message me and let me know

Also another cure for the absence of music: @madmaxandthemaniacs are taking to their first stage downtown @mrgoodbarbuffalo TOMORROW (Saturday) 9pm we’ve got such a great set planned for you guys and more exciting news next week:D please give us a follow, a like, or come out and see us live! Thank you! by @maxkili999

“PUBG is basically survive, loot, rotate, and hope the next person you run into is less prepared than you are. 😂 This clip is a good summary: moving through the map, watching every angle, picking the right moment to engage, and trying to stay alive long enough to be the last one standing.” 🎮 #pubgmobi̇le#pubg#montage by @maxkili999

I’d say we crushed it summer, high five!✋Another successful season of camps down, another solid season of photography and video editing practice, and another struggle of a season trying to keep up with all the latest kiddo-lingo😆This year’s original song Pen and Paper was a fun experiment on experimenting, a song about writing a song, or about the process of creating something from nothing. The kids played all the instruments and all the parts and with a little lyrical/productional assistance I think we put together a banger!
