The trick for the BEST gluten free crust:
-Bob’s Redmill Pie Crust Mix
-16 tbs butter,
-juice of one lemon mixed with
-one whipped egg
-maybe 1-2 tbs ice water, but only enough to get the dough to hold together.

I follow the directions, except for the changes listed above. Keep everything, including the flour COLD! I keep the Bob’s Redmiill mix in the freezer. I use a food processor and then parchment paper to roll out the dough. Gluten free dough can be sticky. Cheers! #glutenfreefood #Gluten #pie by @maxkindrid

Foster kittens! They started off feral but we’ve got them to the point where they’ll be excellent pets. When we first got them, we had to wear thick gloves to keep from being bitten. But, it’s imperative that they get handled a lot so they can learn that people aren’t scary. Otherwise they’ll remain feral. by @maxkindrid
