Summer doesn’t build itself.

If you want to be faster, stronger, and more explosive when the season starts — this is where it happens.

Sport-specific training. Real results. No wasted reps.

Spots are limited. Don’t show up next season wishing you started now.

DM to lock in.

It’s been a minute since I got some clips with my guy but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been working!!

This dudes work ethic and mental toughness is amazing. The progress speaks for itself. Everytime I give him something new to work on, he comes back better at it than before.

Proud of my dawg & we still got more work to do! We’re about to have a great summer, stay tuned👀🔥

IF YOU NOT TRAINING W/ MAX, WYD?!?!

Do it off-season. Do it in-season. Do it year round.
Our Elite Coaches adjust the custom programming based on many variables.

Soccer season doesn’t mean stop training — it means train with purpose. ⚽️
Coach Bryan puts the right in-season program to keep you fast, strong, and healthy for matches and club tryouts.
Show up ready. The work shows on the field.

In-season doesn’t mean stop training.

For club soccer athletes, strength & conditioning during season is how you:
✔️ stay fast
✔️ stay strong
✔️ stay healthy

Skipping it doesn’t save your legs — it slowly takes power away.
Smart in-season training = low volume, high quality, built for soccer.

The best players don’t disappear mid-season — they stay consistent.

DM “IN-SEASON” if you want to train the right way ⚽️🔥

Hannah is a DAWG!🔥🔥🔥

-Band resisted knee drives: first step explosiveness through heavy engagement of hip flexors and core

- 1/2 Kneeling MB Toss to Sprint: Forces power generation to come from core & hips, developing power and acceleration.

- Box squat from dead stop & Seated box jumps: removes momentum, making you generate force through only lower body muscles. High demand on force production

S/O @_coach_kt for laying the foundation! 💯💯💯
